On Monday, July 20, from 12:00 PM until close of business, the City will be completing a software update to improve our systems.
During the update, our ability to assist customers will be very limited. We will be able to view account information, but we will not be able to process payments, make account changes, or complete most account-related transactions until the update is finished.
